During our time together at Integrated Work, Roma displayed great talents in product design, content writing and marketing. When we worked together, her understanding of product development was extensive and I learned a ton from her. 

We worked closely together on a product that facilitates JEDI-centered (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) conversations, especially tailored for organizations. She brought our vision to life with her keen design sense, was extremely patient with many changes we would bring her way, and asked great questions to help us develop a product that was accessible and easy to use.

Roma is a valuable asset to every company taking on a major project. In my experience, she helped lead the on-site project management of a $5 million apartment complex rehab. She coordinated relations between the construction company, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders. She created, implemented, and supervised a system in which tenants were moved throughout the building using only the currently vacant units, eliminating the potential for displacement.
