Whether I'm working with a child taking their first steps toward functional communication, a family navigating routine changes, or a school team looking for practical strategies, my work is rooted in the same belief: that meaningful change is possible when support is personalized, purposeful, and built on trust. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a background that spans education, organizational training, community engagement, and clinical practice, I bring both the science and the human insight to help clients thrive, not just in sessions, but in the moments that matter most.
Early Intervention: The earlier support begins, the greater the impact. I work with young children and their families to build foundational skills during the critical early years, setting the stage for long-term growth and independence.
Autism Spectrum Disorder: Autism looks different for every individual, and so does my approach. I design supports that are grounded in the science of behavior while honoring each person's strengths, communication style, and goals.
Behavioral Challenges & Replacement Behaviors: Behavior is communication. I work to understand the function behind the behavior, then build meaningful, socially appropriate alternatives that meet the needs of the individual and the people around them.
Clinic, In-Home, and School settings: Real progress happens in real life. I've delivered services across clinic, home, and school environments, and have designed supports that transfer across settings and fit into the rhythms of everyday life.
“The best way to teach a child something is to make it enjoyable.”
